To facilitate this exploration, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation session. During this time, I can assess your primary therapeutic needs and goals while considering logistical factors to determine if my services align with your requirements. Simultaneously, you have the opportunity to evaluate whether I am the right match for you.

Following this consultation, subsequent sessions will be one-hour paid sessions, typically scheduled on a weekly basis, and possibly transitioning to biweekly as needed.
