We want to emphasize that this policy is not intended to be punitive in any way. Rather, it’s a necessary measure due to our limited availability of time slots. The goal is to honour scheduled appointments and manage any changes efficiently.

Additionally, we will send you a reminder via email 24 hours before your session, giving you an opportunity to confirm or cancel your appointment. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
